1. Keep the hydraulic oil clean

Store oil in a clean place and be careful when changing oil or refueling. Only use a clean funnel fitted with a fine mesh strainer to pour oil from the container into the tank. Of course, the oil you use must be the type recommended by the equipment manufacturer.

2. Keep the system clean

Regularly replace the oil and filter. A good hydraulic fluid contains a variety of additives that keep the oil from going bad or clogging system parts. However, these additives lose their effectiveness after a period of time. The oil should therefore be changed regularly to ensure that the additives do their job. Filters can only absorb a limited number of dirt particles and other impurities from the oil. Change the filter at the recommended intervals to keep the system clean.

3. Drain and refuel

It is very important to drain the water and sediment in the oil tank regularly to remove impurities in the oil, but it is also very important to drain the entire hydraulic system regularly. This is the only reliable way to completely remove system impurities, oxidized hydraulic fluid, and other harmful substances. The recommended clean hydraulic fluid should then be refilled into the system.

Precautions:

1. The construction elevator should be a dual-purpose elevator for people and goods. Its installation and disassembly must be carried out by a professional team that has obtained a disassembly and assembly qualification certificate issued by the construction administrative department, and must be operated by professionals who have received professional training and obtained an operation certificate. repair.

2. The foundation should be made of concrete foundation, its bearing capacity should be greater than 150kPa, the allowable deviation of the surface of the foundation is 10mm, and there should be drainage facilities.

3. The overall stability of the elevator should be ensured, and the distance from the longitudinal centerline of the elevator guide rail frame to the outer wall of the building should be selected as a smaller installation size.

4. When the guide rail frame is installed, use the theodolite to measure and calibrate the elevator in two directions, and the allowable deviation of its verticality is 5/10000 of its height.

5. The free height at the top of the guide rail frame, the distance between the guide rail frame and the attached wall, the distance between the connection points of the two attached lifting platform walls of the guide rail frame, and the height of the lowest attached wall point shall not exceed the factory regulations.

6. The special switch box for the lift should be located near the bottom frame where it is easy to operate. The feed capacity should meet the requirements for the direct start-up of the lift. Short circuit, overload, phase sequence, phase failure and zero position protection devices must be installed in the box. All electrical devices of the elevator should be operated in accordance with the safety requirements for power and electrical devices.

7. Stable protective railings should be set up within 2.5m around the elevator cage, the passageways on the platforms of each floor should be flat and firm, and protective railings and protective doors should be set up at the entrances and exits. There must be no obstacles that endanger safe operation around the entire stroke.

8. When the elevator is installed in the middle of the shaft inside the building, a closed barrier should be erected around the shaft wall within the full travel range. Elevators installed in dark places or night shifts should be equipped with sufficient lighting and bright floor number marking lights throughout the entire journey.

9. After the elevator is installed, the technical person in charge of the enterprise shall conduct a comprehensive inspection of the quality and accuracy of the foundation and wall brackets and the erection and installation of the elevator in conjunction with relevant departments, and technical tests (including drop tests) shall be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedures. Only after the qualified visa can be put into operation.

10. The anti-fall safety device of the lift shall not be dismantled and adjusted arbitrarily during use. When dismantled and adjusted or after every one year of use, it shall be adjusted, overhauled, or identified by the manufacturer or the designated approved unit.

11. The lifts that are newly installed or reinstalled at the transfer site and overhauled must pass the drop test before being put into use. Every 3 months when the lift is in use, a drop test should be carried out. The test procedure should be carried out in accordance with the instructions. When the ladder cage falls over the braking distance of 1.2m during the test, the cause should be found, and the anti-drop safety device should be adjusted to ensure that the braking distance does not exceed 1.2m. After the test and every time an anti-fall action occurs during normal operation, the anti-fall safety device must be reset.
